What is a Focus Group?

A Focus Group is a market research method that brings together 6-10 people in a room to provide feedback regarding a product, service, concept, or marketing campaign. A trained moderator leads discussion that is designed to gather helpful information for the product or service they are researching. Focus groups can take place in-person at a specific location or online.

When a consumer like yourself participates in a focus group they can expect to be compensated for their time in the form of a digital gift card honorarium.  Your opinions are valuable, but we know your time is too!

 

What is a Survey?

A survey is a series of questions asked to collect and analyze data on a particular subject matter.  Surveys consist of mostly multiple choice questions and are usually completed online. A survey can take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. Most times, surveys are sent to a large number of participants allowing the data that is collected to be aggregated to reflect a larger population.  For participation in a FF Survey you can expect to be compensated in points.  The length of the survey will dictate how many points are earned. For instance, 1,000 points =$1, once you receive 20,000 points you are able to cash out for a digital gift card.
